Pack the Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene strips are intact to meet our quality control standards.
Drop Off or Collection
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized POPStation or schedule a home pickup via our courier partner.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
